You can cancel online until your order ships, and refunds go back to your original payment method. We do not accept returns.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order from My Orders while it is pending, confirmed or processing. Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled online.
No returns
We do not accept returns once an order has been shipped. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us with your order number and our team will help.
Refunds
- Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay.
- Once a refund is processed, the time for it to reach your account depends on your bank or card provider.

Open My Orders
Log in and open My Orders from your account. Ordered without an account? Contact us with your order number and we will cancel it for you.

Choose the order
Open the order you want to cancel. You can cancel while it is pending, confirmed or processing, before it ships.

Click "Cancel order"
Tell us the reason and confirm. The order is cancelled straight away.

Get your refund
If you have paid, the amount goes back to your original payment method through Razorpay.
